The product beta is now available to those in the Jira Service Management AI closed beta group and have Jira Service Management Premium or higher. In order to use this feature, please make sure your organization’s admin has turned on the toggle for Atlassian Intelligence in Jira Service Management in the Admin Hub.
Summarize comments using Atlassian Intelligence saves agents time and effort by eliminating the need to manually digest lengthy comment histories. Clicking Summarize generates a succinct overview of the conversation, highlighting meetings held, key points discussed, and progress made.
By using this feature, you acknowledge the Atlassian Privacy Policy and that use is governed by the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service (“TOS”). This feature is considered a “Beta Version”, as set forth in Section 14 of the TOS, and are subject to applicable terms, conditions, and disclaimers.
