Features release
AI in Whiteboards (Summarize a whiteboard and add to Confluence beta)
We love brainstorming in our whiteboards, but sometimes it can get messy quickly. With ideas flying and the need to capture them during a meeting, it can be challenging to come back and remember what was covered and translate it to a Confluence page. Well, now you can do that in a breeze with some of our AI in Whiteboard features. Quickly summarize your whole board and add it to a Confluence page in a snap. This is in beta and ready for you to try now, so what are you waiting for?
Virtual service agent on MS Teams (GA) and help center (beta) and email (beta)
The Atlassian community has really embraced the virtual service agent, and we're thrilled to share that it's now officially available in Microsoft Teams! This tool is tailored for service management teams that rely on MS Teams as their main ticketing platform.
Harnessing the capabilities of AI, you can design conversational flows to efficiently handle customer requests, automate various tasks, and work seamlessly with your team to gather important context before passing issues to human agents. Plus, you can cut down on ticket volume by using AI to sift through your connected knowledge base articles, allowing you to swiftly provide answers to customer questions.
If you want to use virtual service agent on help center or email, you can start trying it on beta today!
AI Card Builder | Email-to-board (Trello)
What if you could use AI to transform your messy email inbox into beautifully structured Trello cards with a click of a button? Well, now you can with email-to-boardās official GA! With this new Trello feature, you can conquer tasks without sorting through gobs of information.
