Gā€™day everyone! Itā€™s time for my updates from the last 45 days. I canā€™t believe how fast 2024 is coming to an end. Itā€™s been an exciting time for us at Atlassian with our Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo releases.

Features release

We love brainstorming in our whiteboards, but sometimes it can get messy quickly. With ideas flying and the need to capture them during a meeting, it can be challenging to come back and remember what was covered and translate it to a Confluence page. Well, now you can do that in a breeze with some of our AI in Whiteboard features. Quickly summarize your whole board and add it to a Confluence page in a snap. This is in beta and ready for you to try now, so what are you waiting for?

The Atlassian community has really embraced the virtual service agent, and we're thrilled to share that it's now officially available in Microsoft Teams! This tool is tailored for service management teams that rely on MS Teams as their main ticketing platform.

Harnessing the capabilities of AI, you can design conversational flows to efficiently handle customer requests, automate various tasks, and work seamlessly with your team to gather important context before passing issues to human agents. Plus, you can cut down on ticket volume by using AI to sift through your connected knowledge base articles, allowing you to swiftly provide answers to customer questions.

Who doesnā€™t appreciate a visual to illustrate metrics? Now with Rovo Chat, you can easily create charts through data visualization.
