Reminder: How to activate Atlassian Intelligence for your organization

Need a quick reminder of how to activate Atlassian Intelligence for products in your organization? We've got you covered. ⤵️

You must be an organization admin to activate Atlassian Intelligence for a product.

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Settings > Atlassian Intelligence. You’ll see a table with any products that already have Atlassian Intelligence activated. This will be empty if your organization hasn’t activated it for any products yet.
    If Atlassian Intelligence isn’t yet listed under Settings, try refreshing the page.

  3. Choose Select products. You’ll see a list of your organization’s products that you can activate Atlassian Intelligence for. Only the products that have Atlassian Intelligence features available are shown here.

  4. Choose the products to activate Atlassian Intelligence for. You can select as many as you want.

  5. Select Next.

  6. Review your products and accept the Atlassian Intelligence terms and conditions.

  7. Select Save to confirm.

After activation, users are notified in the product that Atlassian Intelligence is available. Some products may have additional settings to configure within that product’s administration settings.

Hi @Daniella Latham ,

I have been exploring the features and so far, I can only see Jira Software available for access. I haven't come across Confluence and JSM in the early access program. Am I missing something, or is Jira Software the only product available right now?
Looking forward to your insights and updates on the availability of Confluence and JSM in the Atlassian Intelligence early access program.

For us only Jira Software is showing, not confluence or JSM for example.
Is that a slow rollout or are we missing something?

We're currently in the process of rolling out Atlassian Intelligence features gradually to customers invited off the waitlist over the next few months, so you have not missed anything.

We can’t guarantee specific timing for when you’ll get access but we will keep you updated so you know once Atlassian Intelligence is available to you!

I already posted this comment on another page, but I would like to ask here too.

I've activated Confluence AI a week ago, and we all received a pop up notification "Your virtual teammate is here", but we don't have the AI button in confluence editor.

Any solution to this?

@Daniella Latham  A little confused on the rollout of the product here.

If we only see JIRA software, are we to infer that we've yet to been given access to the confluence and/or JSM portion of the AI features?

 

If so, whats the ETA?

I wasnt aware there was a discrepancy between different companies and the product access thats being rolled out, as I wasnt able to turn this on for our Org (due to the disclaimer that everyone gets notified its been turned on) until I'd completed a handout for how to use it to our user base. Id therefore assumed that the table here would apply for our instance and thus how our users can interact.

Is there a way to bump our involvement?

Hey @Dino Mesic sorry for the slow reply - were you able to access the button in the end?

@Robert Rodrigues as we are in beta, certain features for different products may become available for customers at different times.

I can't confirm the timing for the full rollout but I can say the team is working super hard on this, so please stay tuned. I will follow up with our Product team regarding your access.

Hi @Daniella Latham 

I've activated Atlassian Intelligence early access in our Jira Sandbox so admins can test before we open it up for other users. The problem is, I can't see any of the features. 

I did see a pop up saying 'type /ai to get started' but this doesn't do anything. 

Have I missed something?

We also don't appear to have the option for Confluence.
