Can I pay for a seat license for a person that has a different email domain?

I'm trying to understand if I'm able to pay for a seat license for people that have email addresses that have different domain name than the organization that owns the subscription.

Yes, you can. Based on my experience, Atlassian doesn’t restrict license purchases to specific email domains.

You can invite team members with different email domains to your workspace and assign them seats as long as they’re part of your project or organization.

P.S. Just ensure their email is added to your team and that your billing covers the additional seat.
