Unable to access in explorer when logging in to atlassian account in sourcetree.

Chrome, you can access it from Edge, but not from Explorer.

During the source tree installation process, when you access the atlassian account, you are supposed to log in by connecting to the default explorer, but you cannot log in because you cannot access the site.
