Migrating Jira Software Projects and Users to Jira Software Cloud

HI Team,

Please need your advice we have requirement to migrate some projects and external AD users from on-promises Jira s/w to Jira Software Cloud.

Using Jira Cloud Migration assistance app for migration

examples :

for Exiting users from XYZ AD domain: user1@xyz.com

once migrate to Cloud instance customer wants to login with SAME user but different domain. user1@abc.com and  users should able to see all history what he performed with old domain in Cloud instance when he logins with new domain.

Could you help to advice if any solutions.
