I'm trying to invite my teammates to confluence. They are not receiving the emails.

I'm trying to invite my teammates to confluence. They are not receiving the emails.

They already have access to Jira and Bitbucket. Once I'm trying to invite them to confluence - they are not receiving the invitation emails. Can you check your blocked emails list?

You will need to open a support ticket directly with Atlassian for them to check the blacklist.
