Azure Sync (User Provisioning) doesn't work

Hello Guys,

I have the problem that one user is not syncing to Atlassian Azure.

If I look in the main settings of User Provisioning (Benutzerbereitstellung in german) there are all 114 Users.

But If I look in the group one is missing.

The users are the "customers" for our ticket system. So If the sync doesn't work, they can't login via SSO in the Portal.

Do you have any ideas?

Okay I added a testuser and started the sync from azure manual, now they are 115 users in both screenshots. :)
