Account with email address in the domain not detected as managed account

Hello !

A new user, declared in Jira software, with email address ending by the domain name is not detected as managed account. User can log normally using its account but SSO with our Azure AD is not working (normal : this is not a managed account).

Running "Verifiy Domain" in Access changes nothing : account is not detected as managed account.
