i need to delete the users which has been moved out of the company and add new people to kanban board.
I am not able to do this, i need help here.

to Remove users;
Go to 'User Management' -> Users
Select the user that you want to remove
Click options -> there is a option as 'Remove User'
to add Users;
Click Invite -> Select 'Users'
Add email and Invite Users

Thanks for response, but my view does not have any user management in my Kanban board.
You need to open settings -> 'User management'

We don't recommend to delete people, it's better to deactivate in order to save personal data about this user. You can check this documentation on this subject :
