Was an update made about a month ago to Jira Cloud where all deactivated account information was essentially destroyed so everything is now listed as "former user"?
We have a couple of reports that pull data from Jira for auditing purposes and all former contract employee information has been now listed as "former user" so the reports themselves have basically become useless.
Almost every single account is marked as being deleted a month ago (which did not happen) so I am wondering if either a change was made that deleted all this data or an update was rolled out that disconnected the information.
Any additional information on this would be appreciated.
thanks
