Anyway to reconnect Former User information?

Had all of our users listed as Deleted (none of them have been deleted, deactivated only) so we lost all the connected information between the user project work and their user information (name/email/etc).

 

We cross reference this information for an audit report for contract workers. 

Since none of the users were actually deleted, and were only disabled, is there any way to reconnect the user information with the user work done?
