Automation 应该是无法解决这个需求的，这个需求是在创建事务/Issue时的表单中，描述字段被自动填充指定模版，而自动化更多是：创建完成后，如果没有填写描述字段时，可以自动填充这个模板，然后编辑事务时，再在此基础上修改。

是的，Automation是在创建Issue时，将描述字段填充为模版，如果需要在模版中进一步填写内容，则需要编辑Issue。
