Unable to stop and remove Clockify plugin

Hi,

Some time ago I installed Clockify Jira plugin from the marketplace but after some testing I'd like to remove it.
Unfortunately the Universal Plugin Manager doesn't allow me for this due to an unexpected error.

Looking for help here - is there any special procedure to follow maybe?
