Rally to Jira Integration and Vice Versa

Hi Team,

We have the usecase /requirment , Client wants to maintain everything in their Rally while vendor wants the items relevant to their product to be moved to their JIRA.

So we need to integrate Rally and Jira. 

So is there Atlasian side adaptor exists for this intergation or not?

If exists we need to see the capabilities and comparisions?
