How to create Jira report for ALL 'testrun assignee' and 'testrunstatus'

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
To create a two dimension JIRA filter report wherein for a test execution/test plan, we would like to see the 'testrunstatus' of all test assigned(testrun assignee) to the different users for run
for example
The assignee field (testrun assignee) is seen in the test execution issue. However, unable to access this to create the report
Sample output below in table format.
Found this query - issuetype = 'Test' and issue in testExecutionTests('DEMO-9', 'TODO', 'user A')
However it does not allow an argument for ALL users/more than one user and also the field is not available in the Filter Results
