How to add strip quote in Service Desk

How to enable strip quote in JSD.

We have that option in Software while adding incoming mail handler. How to add strip quote while using Jira service desk.

Hi,

On System>Mail>Incoming Mail.

If you have a Mail Handler created, click on Edit. Click on Next and the strip quote option will be there (just a checkbox)
