We're thrilled to announce that Theme Extension for Jira Service Management and Extension for Jira Service Management are now compatible on Cloud hosting. With this compatibility update, you get to create tickets effortlessly using the Extension and Theme functionalities altogether, making your team's and customers' Jira Service Management experience even smoother.

Here's a quick look at what each application brings to the table:

๐ŸŽจ Theme Extension for Jira Service Management 

  • Customize and brand your Customer Portal.

Create a consistent and professional image for your customers without extensive IT involvement, reducing the workload for administrators. It can help in building trust and loyalty, as customers feel more comfortable interacting with a portal that reflects your company's identity. Additionally, customization allows you to tailor the portal's look and feel to match your organization's unique style. 

  • Set visibility preferences for Requests, Portal Groups, Projects, and Pages.

Control who can access specific information. It ensures that the right stakeholders have access to the relevant data while maintaining confidentiality and security. By setting visibility preferences, you can improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support collaboration within your organization.

๐ŸŒŸ Extension for Jira Service Management

  • Build Dynamic Forms with enhanced field validation.

Improve the quality of the information you gather from customers and team members. It also saves time by guiding users through the input process, reducing the need for manual data correction. Please note: Currently, the compatibility doesn't allow for displaying the Side Panel view alongside the Request Detailed View info configured in the Extension app. We're actively seeking customer feedback on this functionality and we have plans to support it in the near future.
