Reverse these charges or I will take the matter to small claims court

I would also like to warn you about what you think the "small claims" court can do. They have a lot more power than most people think, but if you agreed to the contract, they have nothing.I've been on both sides of a claim and I can say you won't like the result if your argument is with an organisation like Atlassian - they've got the contract side sewed up, like everyone else.
