Decision Maker Pro is a ready-made product for a standardised approach to quantitative decision making. Produce clear and unbiased decisions. A great tool for business analysts, project managers, RFPs, software development, procurement, purchasing items ...

If you have important decisions to make then it is important to have:

An audit trail of what decisions were made and why
A common framework that allows for consistently good decisions to be made
A record of previous decisions so that you can go back to see why a decision was made
Weighted criteria because some criteria are more important than others
A process that removes unintentional bias and emotion from a decision
A record that you can learn from and use to make better decisions in the future
Decisions for issues can be viewed within the issue

Hi @Paul Clark _Redmoon Software_

Interesting application you've got there! Quick questions: Is there a condition/validation/PF which supports your app? Is there a way to say that a e.g. an issue can't transition to another status, if a decision hasn't been made?

Thanx in advance!

Paul Clark [Redmoon Software]

@Alex Koxaras -Relational- Thanks. There isn't currently any condition/validation/PF support but it would be handy to have. I'll add it to the to-do list. Thanks for the idea.
