can i have one script field which is stating below as
SLA Remaining Days=Current Date-(created Date + ACC SLA)
if ACC SLA value is null, it should be replaced with value 0 Also make the custom field value as an integer instead of an string so that we can use that in this calculation this should be calculated as a number of days ,and if it will have a negative value when it got beyond the SLA date requirement
and ACC SLA is a custom field already there which has options
30 Days
60 Days
90 Days
