behavior script for making a field required if user is in role

Edited

Hello.  We have a need to make the Security Level field required if user is in either one of two roles.  I am looking for a way to get the user and check their project role, and if in 'role a' or 'role b' then Security Level = required using a behavior for the Security Level field.  I see a couple discussions on groups and an example writing reports on role, yet not seeing a good example for my purposes.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.  -Scott

Hello,

You do not add to write a script. You need

1. Create a behavour

2 Go to fields

3.  In the Add Field part add Security Level field

4. In the Security Level part choose option Required

5. Add condition (Conditions - "Add one" button), choose there When option and in the Current User In Project Role choose the role you need.

6. Add such a condition for each role to which you need to make the Security Level field required

thank you for the info.  I had seen this in behaviors before yet was trying to overly complicate.  Much appreciate!  -Scott
