Why questions add-on unanswered list contains questions answered and doesn't receive mention email?

Recently,my project adopt Questions add-on for Confluence.I came across two problems:
1.Why the unanswered list not only contains questions that been answered,there are also somequestions answered in it?
2.I asked a question and followed, while someone answered it,why couldn't I receive a mention email?
Any body can tell me the reason and how to solve.

Hi @xiaobo ding , did you find an answer for this? It would likely be best to contact the vendor support for a direct answer to this question if their documentation does not convey the answer.
