Using ScriptRunner Web Fragemnts, how can one make the link open in a new target?

I use Adaptavist ScriptRunner custom web fragment to create a button that links to the external page, but I need it to open a new tab/window. In normal HTML links I would just specify the 'target'. How can one do this in the custom web fragment?
