TM4J in Jira: Missing play button in issue ticket

I have installed TM4J and I don't see the play button on the test cases showed in Test Management bloc in Jira issue ticket. From Test cycle on i can execute my test. Why is the button missing?

Any resolution to this?

I can see the Execute button in Edge, but not in Chrome
