Scriptrunner worklog-description mandatory

Hi,

Probably somebody can help me:
I am trying to make the "Work log-description" field mandatory as soon as some worklog is created/updated. I tried it with "Behaviour", but failed unfortunately.

Does somebody have an idea if it works and can provide some hints?
