Hi Atlassian community,
I have raised the ticket with Atlassian with regard to scriptrunner plugin issue ("CA-993236 Issue with the plug in"). We had already purchased this plugin , but all of a sudden it stopped working and it is asking us to pay again. AFAIK this subscription was perpetual and why is this asking us to purchase ? Can you please help to sort out this issue asap with high priority ?

Server licenses are perpetual however if any changes are done to your environment scripts are not guaranteed to continue working.
Unfortunately we do not have access to the Atlassian ticket and without knowing your license details we cannot give any recommendations here. Please open a ticket here and provide the SEN for your license.
