i created a new custom Rest endpoint in the UI but the current script is causing errors.

All custom endpoints stopped working with an Error: <status-code>500</status-code>

also the Listing of Custom Rest endpoints (and therefore the editor for the inline scripts) is not loading anymore.

here: it is described how to delete a script via rest api but i am struggeling to find the script Id,

so main question for now: are these inline scripts accessible on command line on the linux machine? they are not located in the script root : (sfs/jira/scripts)

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are two ways to store your own scripts in Scriptrunner - you can:

  • Write them as plain text files, stored in whatever directory structure you like under a scripts directory in the home directory of the application
  • Write them "inline".  SR stores these in active objects tables (still as plain text, but in blob fields in the database)

Scripts can not be run outside Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket - they use the context in which they are running to do things.
