Hello everyone,

i am trying to make a prefix search,

when i search for "book" i want to match an issue that contains the word "textbook".

I tried it like this:

issueFunction in issueFieldMatch("", "description", ".*\QBook\E.*")

but i get this error:

Error in the JQL Query: '\Q' is an illegal JQL escape sequence. The valid escape sequences are \', \", \t, \n, \r, \\, '\ ' and \uXXXX. (line 1, character 56)

How can i make this search?

Case insensitive would be nice.

I am aware this search will have very poor performance.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Jens
