Hello Guys,
We are having a Automation for Jira plugin in our environment & we are using it to create a ticket from one project to another upon certain condition.
The automation rule from project A is creating a ticket in project B, where we have another automation to notify specific users about the ticket creation. But this automation is not working & not sending mail for only these types of tickets.
What could be the reason ? Users do get the notification for all the requests except the one which gets created by automation from project A.
The only difference I see here is reporter is Jira Automation where as in all other cases it is some user.
Hi,
Can you try to change the rule actor in your automation :

Hope this helps
