Hello , I'm new to JIRA , is it possible to have two multiple values in one key?

For example, I have Manager as my property key, and I would like to put two values  on it , let's say I have Approver1 and Approver2 as values separated by semicolon ;

Manager = Approver1;Approver2

I want to use it on scriptrunner post function to display two approvers if the requestor has more than two values inside Manager property key.

Thanks!
