Migrating project from QA to Production

I have created a shell project for which screens and work flows have been created in JIRA QA  sand box environment. I would like to migrate this shell project to JIRA prod  environment . Is there a way to migrate this project to production. I have script  runner plugin and can copy the project. But not sure if I can use this feature across two environments.

Please let me know how to copy a JIRA sand box project to Production environment .

There is no native functionality that can do this for you. And scriptrunner can't do that across environments

I'm aware of 2 marketplace apps that offer this functionality.

  1. Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ) (made by Botronsoft)
  2. Project Configurator for Jira (made by Adaptavist - the makers of scriptrunner)

Both Apps are owned and maintained by AppFire, but they were designed by 2 other vendors but recently (within 1-2 years) acquired by AppFire.

I've only ever used the first one and for the most part, it works well for us.
