Is it possible to get sum of table column that is present in JIRA description using script runner?

Hello All,

I am trying to see if I can get the sum of table column in to a field in JIRA.

We have tables in description with multiple rows something as shown below. I want to get the total amount by adding 44565 and 66576 to a field. Not sure where to start. Also wondering this is even possible with scrip runner or any other way.
