This is an inconsistent issue with jira. SLA is not populating , Emails are not working, also Some of jira Automation is not working . This is inconsistent. Aftet JIRA restart it starts working and stops working after some time.

I would recommend you to look into the Jira logs, whether there are some errors, which could explain this behaviour. It is very hard to tell, what's going on, without the information from the logs.
