How to change "questions" in the side bar to a different language

Hi, I switched my confluence to German language, but it didn't change all items.

It still says QUESTIONS in my side bar and the questions module is still in English although it should be German.

Any idea how to change that?

Hi @[deleted],

Did you change the language in the user profile or from the General Configuration --> Languages ?

We have tested it and it does change the name of Question to Fragen.
