How's the best way to back-up a team managed project?

This one's been giving me fits.  I'm in the process of doing a POC for migrating some of our team managed projects to company managed.  I want to ensure I have a backup of the project first before I start moving, just in case I mess up in the migration. 

How can I back up or restore a team managed project?  Is the best way just to export to CSV and import if things go south?

I'd like an answer to this please. I've got team-managed projects that I want to backup and be able to restore. How should this be done please?

If you have Premium, I'd recommend "backing up" the Project(s) to the sandbox - or better yet, test the move to CMP in the sandbox before doing it in production.

Alternatively, you could...

• Create a backup of the whole instance
• Use an App to backup your instance - such as...
  • Rewind Backups
  • Revyz Data Manager
  • ...or another App from the Marketplace
