I have Project "Support" and Project "Dev"
I would like to create a filter that will allow me to see all Support issues that have LinkedIssue from Dev Project and see their statuses as well.
I have a support team that opens issues (bugs,tasks) received from customers.
A side of the support issue , a new development task (to resolve this issue) will be made.
I would like to provide the support with a filter that they can see their support ticket and their linked Dev issue and see if the Dev issue's status (if that issue is on Done) , Support will know to verify this on Production and than change the Support issue status to Done as well.
