How can we change our preferences for color coding and how the task is shown

To give a clear overview to our organization of the marketing activities we are running, we would like to make some changes: 

- The color coding -  if its a prospect or customer campaign we would like to mark this with a specific color instead of task. 

- Start with the event title and not the owner name in the task.  

How can we change this so we can create a better overview for our organization.
