How can I list all users who are watching "all questions" in a Confluence Server instance?

I would like to list all users who are watching all questions, how can I do that?
With "watching all questions" I mean users who pushed the Watch all button on the Questions tab.

Rickard,

Welcome to the community.

Please see link below on how to manage watchers.

Thank you Victor,

The link unfortunately doesn't cover my use case since my question isn't connected to a post, page or space.

I got the add-on "Questions for Confluence" installed in my Confluence and there is no 'Manage Watchers' dialog when you press "Watch all" button on the Questions tab.

I can list all users who watch a specific topic and edit them through the UI and I can list all users who watch a specific question using a SQL-query, but I can't seem to find how I can list all users who watches "all questions".
