Good Afternoon,

I'm trying to hide particular sidebar elements in my company-managed cloud project in JIRA. I was directed to look into fragments as an option. The ones I'm trying to remove specifically are:

  1. Agile Delivery
  2. Agile Roadmap
  3. ScriptRunner Enhanced
  4. Stand-up Reports

These four are in the sidebar right now, and I can't just uninstall the plugins because it's only one project that wants these removed from the sidebar.

Another thing to note is that while looking at the cloud version of fragments in scriptrunner I can only do it by a single url or broken by separate URL, CSS, js. I don't know how to break it out to hide these, so any help would be appreciated.

Hi Heather,

Thank you for your response.

I can confirm that inside of Jira Cloud that it is not possible to hide UI Elements with ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud like you can do with the server version as the cloud version does not have the Hide UI Element built-in script like the server version does, due to the fact, the API's this requires do not exist inside of Jira Cloud.

I hope this information helps.

Regards,

Kristian
