Hide comments for everyone expect 1 project role

Hello, I have a Jira project in which I want comments to be hidden by default. Only 1 project role is allowed to see the comments. I understand I can achieve this by using Behaviour functionality. Am I on the right track? What am I doing wrong or forgetting? Thank you.Behaviour AUT for hiding comments.JPG
