Greenhopper Menu Broken

Question

Are there any Configuration adjustments needed to correct the Agile Menu error message The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.

All other aspects of the JIRA instance appears to be working fine.

Hi Ashley,

Usually a restart fixes this error. It usually happens when Greenhopper is upgraded, there is a bug report for it:  GHS-5633

Please raise an issue at http://support.atlassian.com and we will restart your instance to fix it.
