Dynamic Forms not working

I am noticing a glitch in a forms specific to a field that I have setup as “Dynamic Forms”.

When a user selects a cascading field (Business-Product) field to AAA – aaaa, the filed “please confirm the hosting option we provide” should appear. But its not populating for some customers and for some it works. The dynamic field is setup as "required" but we are getting tickets submitted without the field "please confirm the hosting option we provide” 

If i refresh the page, then this would work. It feels like its a glitch in Dynamic Forms?  

Any clue how i can fix or a work around to this?

not sure where the problem is but to check if that is on our side please raise a support ticket with the provided HAR file generated for that situation. My team will be happy to help you with that.
