Does ScriptRunner allow to show ServiceDesk "Internal Comment" tab in a transition?

I am looking for a way to implement "Switch to Internal Comment tab in a transition" https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/How-to-change-default-tab-to-internal-comment/qaq-p/56715

thanks to Adaptavist ScripterRunner behaviour.

Is there a way to show/hide/enable-by-default these specific comment tabs in a transition screen ?
