Create user stories as a child items to the User Requirements.

Hi,

I have a punch of user requirements (type = User Requirement). I'm working in JIRA Cloud and target is to use automation to add Stories (type = story) under each User Requirement, which doesn't yet have a story. I also have scriptrunner available.

I would like to create stories under user requirements and have links between issues types in order to have traceability.

One question is to know what would be good trigger for the rule...

How to achieve this ?
