Is it possible to use a ScriptRunner postfunction to create a new JSD customer based upon the email address contained in a custom field?
I know that this can be done with JIRA Automation: (see here ).
But we have ScriptRunner and don't want to purchase another plugin for this specific need.
Thanks for your advice.
Mark
Right now, you can use API calls to achieve that - https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/4.20.0/#servicedeskapi/customer-createCustomer
