Hi,

I created boxes in BigPicture and I want to use one of the boxes as a default so that when I click "BigPicture" on Jira page I will be able to see directly the box that I set as a default.

The current process is quite annoying that when I click "BigPicture" on Jira page I am asked to create a new box starting everything all over again. See the image below.

Instead of having to go through the same steps again, I would like see one of the boxes (See the image below) open automatically when I click "BigPicture" menu on Jira page.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @Younghwa Lee ,

The first screen you've described usually shows up in case the project you're currently in isn't included in scope of any existing box (not sure if that applies to 'closed' boxes as well).

Anyway, can you check if this software project is in fact part of "Ongoing agile project..."? If it's not, can you add it to a part of the scope and check again?

Cheers,
Tom

Hi Tom,

Thank you for the help!

But it still does not work.

The project that I am in is indeed included in the scope of the existing box. Issues were synchronized between JIRA and BigPicture, and automatically populated as a result of the inclusion.

I don't know why it's not working. Perhaps it is related to the fact that I am on a free account?? not sure... I will try again. Thank you!

Hi @Younghwa Lee ,

Without some additional insights on this, I must admit I can't be helpful that much. :/

I would suggest reaching out to Appfire BigPicture support to see if they can provide additional support on this matter: https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Good luck!
