Adding new escalation services through custom plugin

We are upgrading from ScriptRunner 5.6.7 to 6.13.1.  We have written a custom plugin to manage configuration items not supported by the built-in script Config Exporter.  This would include Escalation job definitions.  This saves our operations team the hassle of manually configuring job entries when standing-up a new environment.

It appears the escalation API has changed significantly  I understand this is probably unsupported, but would appreciate any documentation or sample code which adds new jobs.
