zephyr - Cloning a test step within same test case, not cloning attachments

I am using Zephyr 3.6.2 for my JIRA7.6.4 

 

I found that, when i clone the test step within same test case, it is not cloning the attachments. Is this a bug ? Or any feature request exist ?
