Is there a setting which allows child issues to consume the effort estimate of an Epic?
For example, if I estimated 100 hours of effort for an Epic, then created two stories under that Epic, and for each story I estimated 20 hours of effort - can the Epic effort estimate be reduced to 60, to reflect the 40 hours of effort on the two stories?
